Hi, I’m Maria.
I help women in IT Product Management
succeed in their roles
with confidence
I started as a working student in a product team,
learning the ropes and asking all the questions no one had time to answer.
Became a junior product manager,
for an SAP-based custom app, torn between product ownership and project delivery—trying to figure out what being a “real PM” even meant.

Grew into a senior product manager,
building an integrations product from scratch and scaling it across global markets with thousands of users.

Not the Perfect Path—Just the Real One
Product management paths aren’t linear. And that’s okay.
I started my career with almost zero idea of what great product work looked like.
My only measure of success?
How many hours I worked and how exhausted I felt by the end of the day.
I didn’t know what my job as a product manager was supposed to be—
so I listened to anyone who had an opinion.
I led projects and was told it was product.
I led product and was pushed into project updates.
I learned business and was told I wasn’t technical.
I learned technical and was told business mattered more.
And when I looked online, all I saw was advice built for B2B startups.
Nothing felt made for me, or my reality.
All along the way, I kept thinking: Am I doing this wrong?
If you’re nodding to any of this—hi, my friend. I’m so glad you’re here.
Because the truth is:
You don’t need to work the longest hours.
You don’t need to know everything.
You just need to know your scope, understand what to learn next, execute with clarity—and build strong boundaries as you grow.

Let’s help you become the confident product manager you’re meant to be.
